What if my order is running late?

If your tracking information hasn't updated for several days or the delivery date has passed:

  1. Check the tracking number directly on the carrier's website
  2. Check with your neighbors and your local post office
  3. If you still can't locate it, contact us with your order number
Do you ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses?

Yes! We can ship to P.O. Boxes via USPS. We are also proud to ship to APO/FPO addresses for our military families! Please allow additional time for delivery and use your domestic address format.

What if I receive an incorrect or damaged item?

We take great care in packing your orders, but mistakes can happen. If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the item. We will gladly send a replacement or process a refund.
